EV Star
GreenPower Motor Company builds purpose-built all-electric heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles for the cargo and delivery markets as well as shuttle and transit spaces and school buses. Its EV Star Cab and Chassis, which is proprietary allows for multiple upfits and bodies and sets standards for zero emission people and goods transportation. GreenPower also offers low floor electric buses for transit authorities, including 30ft EV250, 40ft EV350 and a double decker EV550.
Currently, the firm's fleet of buses includes six distinct models that share about 95 percent of their components. They're also capable of offering these vehicles at a lower cost than conventional vehicles, and that's particularly important considering that the government's subsidies are decreasing.
mymobilityscooters is the newest member of GreenPower's fleet and was designed specifically for last-mile delivery applications. It's an incredibly flexible design, and is easy to modify. It can also be equipped with a range of accessories that can enhance the performance.
Its interior is modular and can be configured to suit different body types. It also comes with an entire suite of driver assistance systems. In terms of charging, it can be charged using AC level 2 in 8 hours at 11 kW or DC fast charge in 2 hours at 61 5 kW. The vehicle also has a venting HVAC system and ADA securement.
In the space of passenger transport GreenPower's EV Star Passenger Van sets the standard for performance, safety and sustainability. Based on the EV Star Cab and Chassis, it can be configured with multiple upfits or bodies to suit various operations and comes in a variety of seating capacities from 20 to 50 passengers. Its Altoona score of 92.2 is among the top in the industry and it comes with ADA accessibility options.

As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, GreenPower is looking at ways to increase its production capacity. GreenPower has formed a partnership with Perrone Robotics in order to incorporate Level 5 autonomy into the EV Star. This will be the first vehicle with this capability. In contrast to the majority of autonomous vehicles that are on the road that have been modified or upgraded GreenPower's EV Star has been designed with autonomy right from the beginning. Its design is a clear slate, which makes it easier to integrate future autonomous technology for driving. GreenPower's EV Star is available in diesel and battery electric versions which can provide an up to 150 miles of range on a single charge. It has a large payload capacity, which can accommodate many different body designs and configurations. This enables it to be adapted to suit a variety of uses, such as paratransit, employee shuttles vanpool and micro transit. GreenPower already produces 10 EV Stars each month and plans to increase production in response to demand. GreenPower will be able to offer the lowest total cost ownership for its customers.
